What we’re really like
Efficient, professional and friendly
The aim when setting up Sealy Shaw was to deliver an excellent level of service to clients we enjoy working with. Our quality control systems ensure that we can provide an efficient service and our friendly and professional approach makes clients feel secure in the advice they are getting and that they have an accountant they understand, trust and who they can talk to.
Proactive advice and good communication
We have deliberately kept our client base at a manageable level so that we can build long term relationships with the clients we act for. We can then gain a deeper knowledge of our clients’ businesses and give advice tailored to their individual requirements.
We aim to provide good ideas and practical recommendations or just be a sounding board.
We also provide access to our website, which contains information factsheets, online calculators, tax rates and allowances, online forms and up to date business news. We also have a reminder system and regular e-newsletters.
Relevant expertise and support
Aside from the everyday accounting needs, businesses evolve. We provide services to start ups, to growing businesses and to owners who are looking to retire. Where planning is required, we will work closely with independent financial advisors and lawyers to provide “joined up” thinking and intelligent solutions. Clients benefit from three experts working together instead of one.
We actively survey our clients on our performance and react to the results. The business has been built on reputation and the recommendations we receive from our clients so it’s in our best interest to excel in the service we provide.
