Core areas of work:

Raising finance, management accounts, preparation of cashflow forecasts and business plans, business start up, systems advice and set up, tax planning and commercial advice.

Recently involved in:

• Preparing management accounts and cashflow and profit projections for client raising asset finance and to meet requirements to factoring provider.
• Preparing cashflow and profit projections to assist client identify cashflow requirements and identify how fluctuations in sales and changes in overheads affect cash and profit.
• Setting up systems to improve accuracy of internal financial information.
• Assisting several start up businesses get up and running.
• Reviewing business structure for a client where different shareholders involved in each part of the business.

Interests:

I have a 14 year old daughter who keeps me busy outside of work. I also enjoy reading - John Le Carre, Evelyn Waugh, Daphne du Maurier and Agatha Christie are current favourites. I enjoy shopping, films, food and wine, holidays and sunshine. I love sport – especially cricket and rugby – watching not playing and I can be a bit of an addict to Facebook games.
